How do I place an order?
It's easy... Browse through the categories or use the search box. Then simply choose the product you want and click add to basket. At the checkout enter your details and follow the instructions for delivery and payment.
How do I set up an account?
Click Your Accout at the top right of the page (or follow the instructions during checkout), fill in your details and choose a password to keep your account private. Click Create Your Account and it's done. We'll email you a confirmation for your new account. To log out of your account, just click Sign out. Next time you visit, click Sign In then enter your email address and password.
Can I change or cancel an order once I've placed it?
Unfortunately we can't change or cancel your order once it's been placed so please make sure you're happy with everything when you confirm your order at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We only accept payment via PayPal but you can use any credit or debit card to pay through them. It's easy to use and very safe!
How do I know my payment is secure?

How do I know you've received my order?
When we receive your order we will email you a confirmation to let you know we have it. We'll also send you an email to let you know that we've dispatched your order.
What are my delivery options and how much do they cost?
All deliveries are sent using the Royal Mail and will need to be signed for. For deliveries within the UK you have the choice of Standard (£3.00, second class, 3-5 working days) or Express (£4.00, first class, 1-2 working days). Delivery within the rest Europe is £10 and takes around 7-10 working days.
How do I track my order?
Log in to Your Account, select Order History and click on the relevant 'View Order' link.
Will I need to sign for the delivery and what happens if there's nobody in?
You will need to sign for your delivery. If you know you're going to be out you could arrange for a neighbour to receive your delivery or have your order delivered to an alternative address when you checkout - for example a friend's house or your workplace. If you are out when delivey is attemped you will be left a note by the Royal Mail advising you of next steps.
Help! My order hasn't arrived!
We do our best to get your order to you within the advised times however sometimes delays occur within the Royal Mail that our out of our hands. The Royal Mail will declare you parcel lost if it has not arrived within 15 days (this happens very rarely!). Once declared lost we will arrange a redelivery or refund of your order.
What is your returns policy?
It's simple; from the date your order is delivered to you, you have 14 days to return your order to us...

Can i send my items back to be exchanged?
We do not offer exchanges; items you wish to be exchanged will need to be returned in accordance with the returns policy and a new order placed.
Have you received my returned goods?
You'll receive an email to notify you as soon as your refund has been processed.
How long will my refund take to be processed?
If you returned your items via Royal Mail recorded delivery and can track the parcel please wait 5 working days from receipt to contact us about your refund.
If you returned your items via Royal Mail standard post you cannot track your order so you won't know when it is received by us. In this case please wait 10 working days from the date of posting before contacting our customer services agents to enquire about your refund.
Once we receive your item we aim to refund you via PayPal within 5 working days.
Why doesn't my refund include the delivery charge?
We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge except in cases where the entire order was cancelled within 7 days under the UK Distance Selling Regulations or the entire order was faulty.
